We want you to be happy with your Voltix order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Custom or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bzourn29@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
